| All catalog prices are subject to change without notice based on diamond market conditions. |
| Quotes |
| All written quotes are good for 30 days except in the case of large natural diamond tools. These tools are priced as to our current inventory of diamonds and are subject to prior sale if not ordered immediately. |
| Returns |
| All returns must be made within 30 days. Returned merchandise is subject to a restocking charge. We cannot accept merchandise that has been used or damaged. Special made items cannot be returned. |

| In order to obtain the maximum quantity price bracket, blanket orders will be accepted based on the following conditions. |
